Returns Policy
In most cases you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less a 20% restocking charge. We can't accept returns on items that are custom made or custom finished. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will happily pay the return shipping costs. Email us for details and a returned goods authorization (RGA).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package to a Village Craft Iron & Stone, Inc. designated return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your credit card provider to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Because of the durable nature of iron, oftentimes a damaged box does not indicate a damaged product. If you receive a damaged package, ask the shipper to let you inspect the product before signing. If the product is damaged, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the bill of lading. This will help us hold the shipper accountable for handling damages, and keep costs as low as possible.

Shipping
Currently, we are offering shipping on all purchases within the continental United States! We search for the best rates before we ship. Most of the time we ship with Fedex.
Lead Times
Our lead times vary based upon demand. Normally we will ship your item within 10 to 14 business days...sometimes sooner. Remember that we produce high quality hand-crafted products here in the mountains of Pennsylvania. Sometimes it just takes a little longer.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order at anytime without cost to Village Craft Iron & Stone, Inc.
Ordering and Deposits
All custom orders require a deposit. We accept payment by personal check, company check, credit card or money order. Balance due the week before shipping. On custom orders please allow 2 to 12 weeks. Customers paying their deposit, balance or both by credit card or check understand that you are ordering a custom made piece of furniture that may not be suitable for any other future customer of Village Craft Iron & Stone, Inc. Therefore, credit card payments are non-refundable and you further understand that no custom made item(s) or furniture orders may be cancelled or returned for credit unless damaged in shipment. We will contact you regarding the status of your item(s) or furniture as it progresses. Always feel free to contact us by phone or email with any questions or to check on the construction progress of your furniture.
